ORDERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days of receipt of purchase.  During sale periods and certain times of year, this can be delayed.We send all our order via Australia Post. Postage delivery times will vary depending on location, especially rural areas. The Ocean Armour team live and work in Far North Queensland, the gateway to the Great Barrier Reef - shipping from a rural area shouldn't cause a delay to orders, but there may be the occasion where our rural location incurs 1 - 2 extra postage days. 

Once we have finalised your order, we will provide tracking details. We will always assist with tracking your delivery or any issues linked to deliveries, but please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays or issues once the items have been handed over to our freight carrier. .

FREE SHIPPING

We offer FREE AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING on all order over $120. For all order under $120 we offer Australian flat rate shipping of $12 Upgrading to express shipping via Australia Post is between $15 - 20, depending on location. 

NEW ZEALAND

Shipping to New Zealand is $14.95 via Australia Post: Standard and $24 via Australia Post Express. 
FREE SHIPPING for New Zealand orders over $150. 
Shipping delays or custom clearance is out of our control and any custom fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

To align to our mission, all our packages are 'plastic-free'. We use biodegradable mailers or mailers that are created from 100% recycled plastic.
