We're confident that you'll love your new sustainable towel. If you're not 100% happy with your poncho or beach towel we are happy to offer a refund or exchange.

If you need to return your item, get in touch with us at hello@oceanarmour.com.au and we'll arrange a pre-paid return postage label for you.

All our items are sent in reusable postage satchels, simply pop your items into the satchel, attach the pre-paid label and return it to us within 30 days.

To be eligible for a refund, your towel must be unused and in the same condition that you receved it.

Once we have received your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 24 hours and share an email confirmation.
